Full Payment	P13,000
Inclusions	Team entry for the entire season 5 jerseys (₱600 per additional jersey/member) A chance to qualify for the national league with free flights, accommodation, cash prizes and certificates.

• Team poster & logo: May be submitted later via Team Dashboard.

• For initial payments, the remaining balance must be paid in full before Game Day (July 25, 2026). No full payment, no play. You may utilize team dashboard to view remaining balance.

• Registration automatically closes on cut off schedule or all slots are filled.
